Information about Cancellation
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these are delivered simultaneously;
-
on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the last good, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under one order and these are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this agreement. You can do this by email: support@wastedyouthworldwide.com
You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your cancellation notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
We may refuse to make the refund until we have:

received the returned goods, or
-
you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period expires.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is due to handling the goods in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that are made based on the consumer’s individual choice or decision;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
-
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
-
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery;
-
for the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
-
for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
